WHAT IF MY EQUIPMENT NEEDS SERVICE?

ACE Fitness is trained and certified by manufactures to assure correct diagnosis, and to minimize down time should a service issue arise. ACE will also provide advice on the best way to keep your equipment functioning smoothly and problem free for years to come.

Step 1. IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE ISSUE
Reference your owner’s manual trouble shooting section to see if you can identify and fix the issue yourself. Sometimes a fix is as easy and turning your machine off and back on again.

Step 2. GATHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDER
You will need date of purchase, manufacture, model number, and serial number as well as a clear and precise description of the issue you are having. Please have this information at hand prior to contacting ACE for service.

Step 3. CONTACT ACE FITNESS SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Phone: 602-919-4915
E-mail: service@acefitnessaz.com

You may also fill out Ace’s on-line service work order form.
This is the simplest and most efficient way to expedite your service needs.

WHAT IS MY WARRANTY AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

Warranties vary by manufacture, make and model. Please reference your warranty card for details pertaining to your specific equipment. Typically warranties cover manufacture defects, while some also cover normal wear and tear of parts for a specific amount of time. During the warranty coverage period, included parts are replaced at no cost. Labor to install those parts may or may not be covered. Labor warranties vary by manufacture as well.

Most manufactures of strength equipment, and some manufactures of cardio equipment, do not offer a labor warranty. Therefore, even if the parts are covered, you may be responsible to pay the service provider to install those parts. Labor warranties do not cover travel time, so if you live outside the boundaries of the service provider’s normal geographic coverage area, you will likely incur a trip charge to cover their travel to and from your home.

SHOULD I INVEST IN A PREVENTITIVE MAINTENACE PROGRAM?

The answer is ABSOLUTELY! It is extremely important that you protect your investment. An annual preventative maintenance program ensures your equipment will be maintained properly and run smoothly and worry free for years to come.
